ABOUT THE SPACE
The FCA is an active cultural center and rentals of the building are a significant source of income. The facility has two dining halls (main hall and lounge), two bars, and one commercial kitchen. Events vary in size from 20-200 people. FCA facilities may be rented for meetings, retreats, workshops, wedding receptions, funeral lunches, family parties, and other community events.
Main HALL
The Main Hall capacity is 250 people. Banquet rounds or auditorium style seating configurations are available. Bar and dance floor available.
LOUNGE
The Lounge capacity is 75 people and can be set up banquet or auditorium style. Bar available.

Yes. A signed rental agreement is required between the Finnish Center Association and the individual or organization requesting the rental. 50% of the rental fee is due upon the signing of the agreement. A security deposit and balance of rental fee is due five days before the event.

Catering services are available upon request or renters can provide their own caterer. Additional charges for kitchen use, servers, dishwashing will be applied, as required.

A special license is required for non-FCA functions with bartending service. Bartending costs and options are included in the rental agreement.
